Ordering

The sale of products is subject to stock availability. Orders are taken by our secure online shop.

Although great care has been taken in describing and presenting our products, Cradle 2 Kindy does not warrant that a particular product is available or suitable for your purposes.  Photos depicted are a guideline only.   Designs and colours may vary depending on season and supplies. In this case, we cannot in any way be considered responsible.  We will happily exchange, refund or replace any item that is faulty or damaged pursuant to our refund policy below. 

If a product is not in stock at the time of ordering, we will inform you by email as soon as it becomes available and deliver it in accordance with our delivery policy below.

Prices

Our products and services attract a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST and are guaranteed except in the case of a typographical or printing error. All payments are made through Paypal and therefore their currencies conversion can also be used. Prices do not include postage, packing and handling charges. Please see full delivery information below.  In regards to returned items invoices should be kept and delivery notes enclosed for an exchange or a refund. You may contact us by email or phone on (see Contact us) to check the price of the items if unclear.

Order Confirmation

The contract is finalised when you are issued with confirmation email of your order. Cradle 2 Kindy will send an e-mail confirming your order within 3 business days.

Delivery & Postage

We will deliver your purchase by Aust Post to the address of your choice, anywhere in the world. Simply state the delivery address clearly when placing the order via the internet.

All orders are dispatched from Sydney and will be delivered by normal post or express post within Australia.  Shipping is calculated on weight and size based on  Aust Post standards and is calculated and displayed during the check out process.  For the Sydney region, please allow 10 business days for delivery, or if sent by express post, please allow 5 business days for delivery. However, for regional Australia areas of Australia, including remote areas and the Northern Territory, deliveries will generally take a further 3 or 4 days more to arrive. 

Overseas orders

• Airmail with insurance, if insurance is available in the country to which delivery is being made.  Delivery will be made within 4-10 business days to most destinations.   The cost is $35.00, if insurance is available, or
• Australia Post Courier service.   Delivery will be made within 4-8 days to most destinations.   The cost is $90.00.

Please note overseas Customs may hold up the gift resulting in its delivery being delayed.   We do not accept responsibility for these unforseen circumstances.  Nor are we responsible for any levies, taxes or duties that may be payable at any foreign port.

Payment

As all payments are made using Paypal. Customers are therefore required to have a Paypal account to enable them to make transactions. New accounts can be set up in order to complete a transaction at the time of purchase. Please refer to the paypal web site for all details associated with this system.

Alternative, to pay for your purchases you can either deposit the money directly into our bank account or you can do an internet transfer to our bank account by selecting "Get a Quote" when your are at the check out.

Orders are dispatched within 38 hours of confirmation of your deposit. If you require details of your payment and dispatch we will confirm either by phone or by return email.

Exchange and Refunds

If an item is damaged or faulty, we will happily exchange or refund it. Please notify us within 5 business days and return the goods in their original packaging within 14 days to:

We will replace or refund any faulty products and pay for the return freight, on receipt and evaluation of the goods.  

If you want to exchange any product for any other reason, you must pay for the freight and we must receive the goods back in the original, unopened packaging within 14 days. Please include a copy of your order when returning goods, together with proof of postage.

If you received a gift from our website, you may return the item for an exchange only.  A bonus baby wrap can not be exchanged.
Please make sure you retain proof of postage.

Send a Gift

For a special gift or a gift for a particular occasion just click the gift note button then ‘Add to Cart’.  Each gift is delivered within a wrapped gift box with your message hand written on a Cradle 2 Kindy card.  Just let us know the personal message you would like us to convey at the end of the purchase process.   

This service will cost an extra charge of $10 AUD.

Privacy Policy

Orders are processed on a secure server, and your information is safe with us. Cradle 2 Kindy will not release any personal information of our customers to persons or entities outside our ogranisation without your consent unless required by law or unless to an outsourced contractor for internal functions.  Please refer to the Paypal web site for details of their privacy policy.
