What is a Parenting Coach?

Parent coaching has been around since the beginning of time. Eve taught her children how to care for their children. No matter what culture you are from, traditions, parenting skills and old wives tales have been passed down from generation to generation, from grandmother to mother to daughter.

Today, with our transient population we are often without our family for support.  We may find ourselves alone and without being able to call upon friends, and neighbours for help. Our natural parenting coaches are not always available or may offer unsolicited advice we would rather do without. Today’s parents are often professionals who would prefer to look to other professionals for advice.

To have a happy, contented baby you must first have confident parents. The purpose of Cradle 2 Kindy is to equip you with the skills and knowledge to give you the confidence you need to become confident parents. We will help you to:

• avoid problems that may potentially occur further down the track and to prevent the pitfalls that many unsuspecting parents may fall into;
• instill good habits that will follow your child though their childhood. ‘Train up a child in the way they should go and when he is old he will not depart from it’.  Proverbs 22:6.
• implement a plan that will bring harmony to your home and ensure you have more time for yourself and your family.

Our professional educators coach you in various stages of your child’s growth and development, equipping you for the task you have ahead of you.

Where do we go?

Cradle 2 Kindy will visit your home at a time that best suits you. We cover Sydney metro and country areas and are willing to travel to other states for an extended stay if needed.  More information on interstate and rural consultation.

What age group does Cradle to Kindy cover?

Our parenting services begins with the all important job of setting up the nursery, continues with parental advice for newborns, through to toddlers and young children. Parenting coaches are trained by Cradle 2 Kindy to assist you with any concerns you may have with children from birth to five years old.
