POSITION

The director of Cradle 2 Kindy, Sally Hall, is in desperate need of someone to assist her with answering telephone enquiries, emails, making appointments and general administrative tasks.
The nature of the business takes Sally all over to assist with various parenting solutions; therefore she rarely has time between home visits to manage the administrative tasks.  This position would be based at your home.

WHAT’S INVOLVED?

The business has a 1300 phone number that would be diverted to your home phone (or message bank if you are out) between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Telephone and answering system are essential.
 
Applicants must have a computer and be computer literate as emailing and appointment making on the computer are a major component of the role. Other general administrative activities to be performed as required.
Applicants must have a clear, professional and calm phone manner.  This role is the first point of contact for Cradle 2 Kindy, so first impressions are everything.

PAYMENT

Work will be paid by commission for sales you make. In other words the rate of payment is based on your conversion rate.  Note the amount of calls can vary from 1 phone call one day but 25 the next.

HOURS

It is very difficult to say at this stage how many hours a week this would involve, but Sally is looking for someone who is at home most days (in accordance with the business requirements) IN YOUR OWN HOME.

Reflux DVD Production

Sally is working together with a couple of paediatrician, and desperately needing visuals of babies who are showing the classic reflux signs: back arching, coughing, breast or bottle refusal, irritable session of discomfort, gulping while trying to resettle etc (see more signs in our article on Signs and Symptoms of Colic/Reflux).

To assist this project we are calling on any parents with reflux babies.  We would really appreciate your help in providing video or film clips to help with our DVD production.  OUr goal is to assisting parents in understand about reflux behaviour in babies.  If you or anyone you know have a baby with reflux who would like to help with this production please give them our email contact.  Thank you.
